Refund Policy All online orders are subject to a 14 day return period. You may return your product at anytime during the 14 days after your order is received by contacting Norma Zeiger at norma@entwineinteriors.com. You will be issued a return authorization number which must be written on the return label.

Any box which does not have a return authorization number will not be accepted for return. Any products that have been damaged or washed will not be accepted for return.

You must ship the product back to Entwine Interiors and have your shipping postmarked within the 14 day period. Shipping is not refundable for product purchases and returns.

Entwine Interiors reserves the right to refuse any returns that it deems may have been used or violate this agreement. We reserve the right to change this policy at anytime without prior notice.
